Matt found a fantastic park not far from our house in his quest to find the perfect fishing spot near us. We decided to go last Saturday morning . We took Sadie and walked for a while - there are lakes and fabulous wooded trails - and then I read (or pretended to while I people-watched) while Matt tried his hand at fishing. Alas, it was a lake stocked with fish who prefer PowerBait to flys... can't really blame them. It was lovely nonetheless and the perfect way to start out a Saturday morning!
