This weekend we had a long overdue visit from Kelly! She came up Friday night from San Diego. Nate & Dani joined us and we all went to a great little restaurant in Fullerton called Rialto Cafe. The vibe is lovely - so cozy & relaxed - and the food is wonderful! Afterward, we spent the evening trying to 'kill' each other off playing Family Business, a mobster game. Fun times ensued. :) (Forgive us for ganging up on you, Nate!)
Sadie always loves when we have house guests because she gets to cuddle! She is not allowed to sleep in our bed, so she jumps at any chance to snuggle with someone. Kelly is one of her faves, and this is where Sadie spent most of the afternoon after Kel left on Saturday, mourning her departure. So sweet!
We spent Saturday night with the Swishers in a continued attempt to spend every waking moment with them until baby Jane is born. :) I'm secretly (or not-so-secretly) hoping Dani will go into labor while I'm there. So far, it hasn't happened yet! :) We decorated gingerbread men & women, and Nate & Dani made a festive gingerbread house. We also watched an old holiday classic, Home Alone, and a new holiday fave, Love Actually. Fun!
Love the walkway and orange slice shrubs
Gingerbread argyle! Matt is amazing! :)
